Graduate Grade Replacement Option (GRO) Policy

The Grade Replacement Option (GRO) is allowed for only one graduate course, in which the student received a D or an E.

A student GROing a course may not preempt a regular student from registering for the course.

The student is responsible for meeting the deadline to file for GRO with Graduate College.

Approved by a faculty vote in Fall 2005
