Address Changes

It is extremely important that the University and the Department have current, accurate addresses and phone numbers for all students. Whenever this information changes, please contact the Graduate Program Coordinator and update your information on Student Link. Contacting the Graduate Program Coordinator by email is preferred.

Updating your information on the Student Link insures the receipt of your grades, schedules, and bills.

As you approach graduation, you will need to contact the Degree Certification office to let them know where you want your diploma mailed.

The Registrar's Office mails a PDF (personal data form) once a year to every student for the purpose of verifying and updating address information. Please use these forms when necessary.
