Implementations

Version 9.5.0 of Icon, including the Icon program library, was released April 12, 2010.
It was tested on Linux, BSD, Macintosh, and Cygwin.
It was revalidated in 2011 against Mac OS 10.6.7 and 10.7, Ubuntu 11.04 and 11.10, and Cygwin 6.1.
It was revalidated in 2012 against Ubuntu 12.04.
Version 2.1 of Jcon, an older experimental Java-based implementation, remains available but unsupported.
Version 9.3 for Windows, a very old version, remains available but unsupported.

Version 9.5 of Icon contains documentation in HTML form.

Alan Corré has updated his book Icon Programming for Humanists
A collection of historic technical reports describes research related to Icon as well as earlier versions of the implementation.
