OSCR is now hiring for the student Technical Consultants to staff the upcoming 24 Hour Help Desk as well as OSCR’s Mobile Desk. This position provides hardware and software support to UA students, faculty and staff. We are looking for students with extensive experience with Windows andMacintosh operating systems, expertise dealing with virus and spyware problems, advanced knowledge of computer hardware and networking components, the ability to troubleshoot and support a wide-range of software applications. Equally important to technical skills, is a desire to help and share your knowledge with clients and co-workers while maintaining a friendly and fun demeanor.
