I am a 5th year PhD student in Computer Science at the University of Arizona. I received B.E. in Software Engineering from East China Normal University in 2013. I am working with Prof. Richard Snodgrass in the Micro-Specialization group now.
I'm interested in database management systems and compilers. One of my research projects, micro-specialization, is a combination of these two areas.
What long-term project do you want to work on?
One of my research interest is database management systems. Data management is widely required in many situations in the real world. I believe there is a lot more we can do and I would like to continue working on relevant projects.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I enjoy exploring new things in my work. I also enjoy talking with my advisor, exchanging ideas.
What are your career goals?
This is a question I keep thinking about......
Tell us something interesting about yourself!
