- Compile
play.java
:
> javac play.java
- Now try to play some words:
> cd phonemes
> java -cp .. play ey z eh k s yu ax l
Note that the play
program expects the phonemes to reside in
the current directory.

has two extra built-in phonemes,
blank
(which is used to separate words) and
silent
(which does nothing):
> cd phonemes
