I was born and raised at Dhaka, which is the capital of Bangladesh. To avail all the great opportunities of contributing in research and innovations in tech world, I choose to study in Computer Science, and completed my undergraduate and masters in the Department of Computer Science at the American International University- Bangladesh (AIUB). After completing my masters in Intelligent System, I worked as a Lecturer in the same department at AIUB from 2018 till joining as a Ph.D. student at the University of Arizona.
As Computer Science is full of diversity, there are a plethora of scopes or opportunities, where one can contribute as a researcher. Therefore, I am doing my Ph.D. in this domain to learn how to participate in interdisciplinary and collaborative research, so that I can bring diversity in different fields not limited only in Computer Science, which I believe is the purpose of Science, bringing the diversity among all sectors.
I am broadly interested in Artificial Intelligence, specially in Natural Language Processing and machine Learning. However, recently I have started exploring the security perspective of machine learning and different Language model. As part of that, Computer Security is another domain currently I am working on.
What long-term project do you want to work on?
I want to build robust and secured machine learning models and language models for Natural Language Processing and Natural Language Understanding.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
The way it always push me to overcome new boundaries and force me to set new goals. And the way it constantly keep me involved learning new knowledge or expertises.
