Biography

I grew up in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. Before coming to UofA, I worked as a Research Assistant in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) from November 2018 to July 2021. I have completed my M.Sc. and B.Sc. in CSE from BUET in August 2021 and October 2018 respectively.

I want to have a research career in Computer Science possessing effective and dynamic research skills along with proficient technical skills. Here, at UofA, my research interest during my Ph.D. mainly lies in Security.

In broad spectrum, my research interest lies in Security covering Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.

What long-term project do you want to work on?

I am currently working on Binary Code Stylometry, a method to de-anonymize the authors of executable binaries by leveraging their stylistic features. In this project, we are trying to observe the effect of using automated code generation tools on binary code stylometry.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I really enjoy learning new things.

What are your career goals?

I love to share my knowledge to others and do meaningful research to solve real life problems. In Sha Allah, I will try my best to be a successful researcher and professor.
